England - Terms And Conditions
All bookings are made subject to full Standard Terms and Conditions of Hire.
A copy of these Terms can be found on the reverse of the rental contract.
Minimum Rental Days
High season (June -July - August) - minimum 14 days required
Middle / Low season - minimum 7 days required
Reservations And Payments
A nonrefundable deposit of 300 GBP must be paid after the reservation was confirmed.
The rest of the payments are due and payable 42 days prior to pick up day or the reservation will be cancelled
For reservation made 42 days or less prior to pick up day - full amount is due upon reservation.
Over 57 days prior to pick up day - 25%
56-28 days prior to pick up day- 45%
Less than 28 days prior to pick up day- 100%
In any case of cancellation , a service fee of 50GBP will be charged in addition to the cancellation fee.
Security deposit held for UK travel 500 GBP
Security deposit held for European and Ireland travel 750 GBP
Security deposit held for Major Sports events/concerts etc 1000 GBP
A security deposit must be paid on pickup day by a credit card or cash. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days of the end of your rental period, if the vehicle is returned on time in a clean, complete and undamaged state. A charge will be made to you for any vehicles which are returned late or in the rental company’s opinion in an unsatisfactory condition. In addition a charge of 35 GBP will be made to you in respect of Un emptied chemical toilets.
Pick Up And Drop off
Pick up and drop off are possible only in the rental depots.
Pick up and Drop off days are Monday-Friday.
No pickup and drop off on Sunday, Saturday and bank holidays (the depots are closed)
Friday to Monday 14:00-16:00
Before signing the contract please check the vehicle from the inside and outside and make sure there are no damages or broken parts. If there is some damage, have it noted to the rental agent in writing.
Make sure you have all the items you paid for, and that nothing is missing.
Before the departure make sure you know how to operate all the motorhome systems, mechanicals and electrical: refrigerator, heating, air condition, water etc. If it’s not clear, you may ask for explanations.
Please ask for a map or directions to nearby campground and supermarkets for you to stock up on food and bottled water.
Friday to Monday before 09:00-11:00
If the vehicle returned after 11am, the client will be charged an additional day's rental charge.
No Drop off on Saturdays, Sundays and on Holidays.
Please note: Toilet must be clean and empty, waste water tank must be drained, Interior of motorhome must be clean, Diesel tank must be full (as it was on departure)
A charge of 35 GBP will be made to in respect of unemptied chemical toilets.
In case the vehicle is returned unclean, the client will be charged with Indoor cleaning fee.The security deposit is returned provided that the motorhome is undamaged and clean. The rental company representative inspects the vehicle, and the client is asked to sign a “Return contract”.
Transfer service can be provided between some Airports and the rental depots.
Airport transfers (each way charge) up to 6 people:
Heathrow - 45 GBP
Gatwick - 60 GBP
Luton - 60 GBP
Stanstead - 90 GBP
Full comprehensive insurance is included in the rental charge for the rental period. However, in the event of any accident, loss or damage, you will be liable to pay the first 750 GBP of any incident.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Reduces the excess for damage caused (from 750.00 GBP to nil) in the event of a collision with another moving vehicle and with evidence of a third party involvement. Driver error causing damage is classed as negligence and therefore is not covered under the CDW policy. Clients are also still responsible for damage to the overhead cab or roof top up to the value of 750.00 GBP and for any tyre or exterior window damage or any damage due to negligence. Please also see notes re security deposit held.
The Renter / Driver must be between the ages of 23 and 70 years old and be in possession of a driving license or permit valid in the UK which should be accident-free for a period of two years prior to the commencement of the rental period + International driving license.
Travel outside the UK
Client must advise of all countries he intends to visit during the rental period at the time of making the booking request. You will need to take out and pay for our Non UK Travel Insurance for these purposes prior to the commencement of the rental period (See the price list).
Breakdown And Repairs
Each vehicle will be provided with a tool kit, spare bulbs and national breakdown cover.
Client should notify the rental company in the event of any repairs required to the vehicle above the value of 100 GBP.
Repair costs are reimbursed upon submission of the original receipts as well as of the parts replaced.
Event of Accidents
After an event of accident, fire and damage, the renter must inform the police and the rental depot without delay. The client must not leave the place of the event without reporting the police and the rental depot.
In all cases of damage, the renter must immediately inform the rental depot by phone and submit a detailed written report, including a sketch, upon return of the vehicle at the latest.
The accident report must include the names and addresses of the persons involved and of the witnesses, if any, as well as the license numbers of the vehicles involved and must be signed by both parties.
The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel. It must be returned with a full tank of fuel, otherwise a charge of 1.15 GBP will be made for refueling the vehicle.
Pets / Smoking
Pets and smoking are not allowed in any of the vehicles.
Any violation will result in the loss of full security deposit.
Clients may leave their own vehicle at the car park for the duration of the rental period at a charge of 10 GBP payable at the time reservation.
The rental company will be not responsible, however for the car or any loss or damage which arises.
In every refueling and every time before you start out on a journey you must switch the gas-fuelled equipment off.
External temperatures of 0º C (32° Fahrenheit) or below might cause the pipes to freeze. Under weather conditions like these, the vehicle will have to be permanently heated.
If the vehicle is not sufficiently heated, the frost protection device discharges the water from the boiler in order to prevent the boiler walls from breaking.
