Minimum Rental Days
High season (July, August, Easter) : minimum 7 days required
Middle / Low season : minimum 7 days required
Reservations and Payments
50% down-payment of the total reservation (Minimum of 400 Euro) is charged after booking is confirmed with client's credit card Visa or Master Card.
The rest of the payment is due and payable 35 days prior to pick up day.
For reservation made 35 days or less prior to pick up day - full amount is due upon reservation.
35 days or more prior to pick up - 50% of the total rental
34-20 days prior to pick up - 80% of the total rental
19 days or less till the pick-up or NON show - 100% of the total rental
In any case of cancellation, a handling fee of 50 Euro will be charged, in addition to the cancellation fee.
If vehicle is returned early for any reason whatsoever No refund available
If a bookings travel dates are amended to a lower season rates or less number of days, the cancellation fee for the original booking will apply.
A cancellation of a booking MUST be made by the client in writing by e-mail or by fax and received at our office during operation hours.
Changes in Reservation
After the reservation has been confirmed, a charge of handling fee of 50 EUR will be applied per any change. This refers only to MINOR changes like adding items, or changing the pick up/drop off date in 1-2 days.
Major changes like: changing dates, changing model, changing location, changing client's name would be considered as cancellation of the booking and will cause cancellation fees.
Changes may be made to a reservation confirmed to the Hirer from the date of reservation until the full payment had made, as long as the Rental Firm has alternative capacity and the alternative booking corresponds in amount to the first.
No refund will be made after the full payment, in case client wish to shorten the rental period.
* The minimum age of renter and driver is 25 years.
* Drivers with a driving license B must have been in the possession of the driving license for at least 3 .
* International credit card is required, for the deposit.
* A non-European Union driving licence will not be valid where a European Union passport is used to enter Europe, even where in possession of an international driving licence.
The entry passport and the licence must bear the same nationality.
The international licence is only there to compare categories and languages between countries, and must be accompanied by the original in order to be valid.
Should the customer fail to provide the compulsory original documents at the time of handover of the vehicle to the customer, or the latter does not have in his or her possession a credit card to which to charge the deposit, the rental company may refuse handover of the vehicle, which would be tantamount to a cancellation or no-show, with a penalty of 100% of the value of the hire taken out.
A security deposit of 700 EUR must be paid on pickup day by a credit card as a precaution for damages. (Visa, Master Card or American Express).
NOTE: Debit cards or Cash will not be accepted. The 700 Euro will be debited to the customer credit card upon the vehicle collection.
* Extra 100 Euro deposit if client hires GPS navigation system
* Extra 200 Euro deposit if client hires portable WiFi
The deposit will be refund after checking the vehicle by the technical service, who will decide with a detailed note, if there is any damage caused by the wrong use ,the amount that customer will have to pay. In that case, the customer will approve to use the deposit. If the valuation of damages could not be made immediately, the lessee would have 30 days to refund the remaining deposit, once it had been deduced the reparation cost for the caused damages. If the bill is not over, and consequently ,the payment for using of the rented motorhome, penalties and other concepts, the customer will accept that, that amount will be paid with the credit card used for the renting.
One way rentals
One way rentals between locations are subject to availability, extra charge, and a minimum days apply.
Free transfer or taxi refund (agains receipts) service is provided free of charge exclusively for travelers who arrive by flights and pick up / drop off on same same day of arrival / departure and for a minimum of 7 days rentals only.
This service is provides only in Madrid and Barcelona only.
* Flight information should be notified to at least 10 working days prior to pick up date. Delays in deliveries and/or returns who oblied to have the branch open out the normal timetables - 100,00 Euro
If the excess time is more than 1,5 hours the extra charge will be- 200,00 Euro
These extra charges are to apply independently of the penalties wirted on the contract and hiring conditions.
Transfer in Barcelona - Important information
Transfers in bBrcelona available ONLY from Monday to Friday.
* When the plain arrive to the Terminal 1 - Meeting Point in Parking G (Hotel Bus).
* When the plain arrive to the Terminal 2 - Meeting Point in Technical Area (Bloque Técnico in spanish) between the Terminal A and B (Hotel Bus).
* When the plain used is Easy Jet - Meeting Point in Terminal 2-C (Hotel Bus).
The mini bus or van will be stopped on these points with one poster on the front screen with the name of the customer and also the rental company name .
Transfer in Barcelona is not provided on Saturdays.
customers must take a taxi and can get refund at the rental station when they present official receipt. The rental company then will pay the taxi driver directly.
The maximum capacity for normal taxis are four persons with normal luggage, if the booking confirmed is for more than 4 persons the company will pay two taxis as maximum, according the official rate for the itinerary from the "El Prat" airport in Barcelona to the depot ..
Staff will go to the arrivals gate of the relevant main concourse 30 minutes later than the scheduled time or the time at which the flight actually lands.
Passengers must therefore wait in or around the aforementioned gate, if exiting before that time.
International flights information
* In the case of international flights originating in the European
Economic Community, the estimated exit time is at least 30 minutes.
* For international flights originating outside the European Economic Community - staff will proceed to the arrivals gate in the main concourse 60 minutes after the scheduled or actual landing time, and passengers must follow the same instructions as for domestic flights.
If , once the flight has landed, the passenger has not exited in the time specified in the aforementioned sections, staff will wait a maximum of 45 minutes, after which the customer will be obliged to contact the Reservations Switchboard and make his or her own travel arrangements to the branch, or else pay 100 Euro in expenses, in addition to being liable for other costs for out-of-hours handover.
Incase of delay because of lost luggage or other items- is therefore recommended that to immediately contact the Reservations Switchboard, in order to avoid the aforementioned surcharges.
Pick Up & Drop Off
* Pick up and drop off are possible only in the rental depots.
* No pickup and drop off on Sunday and holidays (see the list below)
* Pick Up / Drop off are from Monday to Friday 10:00-13:30 or 16:00-19:00
* On Saturdays from 11:30 to 13:00 in Madrid / 10:00-13:00 in Barcelona on special request during April to September.
Any resulting delays of receipt and costs are at the expense of the renter.
* Pick up and drop off MUST be at the same hours.
For example: Pick up 11:00 AM, drop off 11:00 AM.
Or pick up 16:00 PM. drop off 16:00 PM.
* Pick up in the morning and drop off in the afternoon, require approval and with payment of extra day.
The Vehicle must return clean on the inside and with emptied toilet tank.
There will be no refund for early return.
The vehicle must be returned with the toilet and waste tanks emptied, otherwise the customer will have to pay a fixed amount of 125 Euro.
The vehicle must be returned in good hygienic conditions with it’s interior cleaned, otherwise the costumer accepts the payment of the necessary cleaning costs.
Travelling to Portugal
Clients who wish to visit Portugal must advice regarding it, and need to get special information about the toll highway.

Maintenance and responsibility
The client is responsible for checking engine oil, fluids, and coolant levels at each refueling, as well as reporting mechanical failures immediately. Clients may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in vehicle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance.
In the Event of Technical Problems
In the event of technical problems, client should contact the respective emergency number of the vehicle manufacturers or one of the rental branches, which will be glad to help and assist.
Event of Accidents
After an event of accident, fire and damage, the renter must inform the police and the rental depot without delay.
In all cases of damage, the renter must immediately inform the rental depot by phone and submit a detailed written report.
Clients may leave their own vehicle at the car park for the duration of the rental period.
The rental company will be not responsible, however for the car or any loss or damage.
The rental company will always provide the group or vehicle officially confirmed.
in cases of accident, breakdown or late-return of the assigned vehicle; the rental company reserves the right to substitute the reserved vehicle and category with any other category group higher than that reserved.
The aforementioned will not give rise to any entitlement to reimbursement or compensation, as an upgrade is always to a vehicle with a higher cost per day.
In every refueling and every time before you start out on a journey, please switch the gas-fuelled equipment off.
External temperatures of 0'C (32° Fahrenheit) or below might cause the pipes to freeze. Under weather conditions like these, the vehicle will have to be permanently heated. Please observe the instructions as to the frost protection device, which protects the boiler against frost. If the vehicle is not sufficiently heated, the frost protection device discharges the water from the boiler in order to prevent the boiler walls from breaking. Please ask for more information at the rental depot.

Motorhome International is independent, not an agent for any particular car/motor-home rental company. Motorhome International arrange the rental between the client and the rental company. when you pick up the vehicle, you must sign a rental contract provided by the rental company and subject to local laws.
